I find these topics rather amusing...one thing I find interesting is the fact that the very ones that write them I wonder how they would feel if the roles were reversed. They say it is for fun and not to hurt yet they say nasty attacking things.

I find this posts really sad and have to admit that those people who part take I find either very very sad or excuse them on account of being immature.
First of all, both boards are very stupid, if "banging" is all you can think of, no wonder you will never be happy, happily married or dating or ever successful in your career/relationship.
I don't know e.g. how girls could possibly be with someone who posted on this board that he would like to "bang" so and so (usually containing 90% of the female members on here) or vice versa. I think being with someone like that is pretty demeaning to oneself.
As for the marriage thing, I'd much rather be with someone who refuses sex before marriage than someone who has sex with every living breathing thing of the opposite sex whenever he/she has a chance and someone who clearly does not respect me as a person or would ever be faithful. I accept everyone can make mistakes to that end, the stupid one night stand, out of drunkenness or for some other reason, everyone makes mistakes but when people practically boast of how uneducated they are and how they live to "bang" options" as many people of the opposite sex as possible I can't help thinking they are excessively sad and not worth anyone's time.
There is a huge, huge difference between banging and love making, it's seriously worth trying because love making is infinitely better, it's intimid, beautiful and special, whereas banging is simply a way to spread/receive sexual diseases or a way to try and receive false comfort, the idea that if someone is willing to sleep with you you are worth more something that is entirely wrong.
As for those who post the most messages to this board, they seem to be the people who have basically tried to sleep with everyone and are most openly offensive to those who have turned them down, which reflects a lot more on themselves than on the people they set out to offend.
And sure it's fun and, obviously, non offensive to anyone (even if the very people who posted those rules broke them in the next sentence practically), but I have to say, for the record, it is extremely pathetic.
Sure, have your flirting etc on quick notes and in private and may be it will lead to something "real" but if there is a new "special someone" every day or if all you can talk about ever is how any peopole you'd like to sleep with or how sad and ugly some people are, most likely because they turned you down in the first place, you're definitely helping this site becoming a less enjoyable place.
I'd much much rather be with someone who might be considered physically unattractive than someone I know is just waiting to cheat on me and that the realationship would last at most a month or so until that person is ready to move on to the next one. In fact, as a broad definition, that's exactly the type of person I would not sleep with.

What is so wrong with expressing an attraction for someone, especially if it is never acted on, it's like looking at a restaurant menu, but not ordering from it. Jess, of course one finds people attractive. My problem, personally, is if that attraction is declared, publically. You may not control your thoughts or instincts, but you can control how you act upon them. You may think "wow, that peron is pretty hot" and even "wow, I wonder what it'd be like to sleep with this person" and that's something that, well, isnatural and happens to everyone, but the moment you go tell all your friends, in front of your partner, that you'd like to sleep with this person you're disrespecting your partner (from my point of view, if other people feel differently and they both agree it's none of my business obviously, even if I still think it's demeaning).
And, in addition, for this specific topic, I think it's way way too offensive and hurtful against peole even as ajoke and it's clearly not remotely rspectful (that granted <grin> if someone would not like to "bang" me I wouldn't feel the least bit hurt but other people feel differently).
It's also pretty etnertaining when people start posting to the "who would you like to bang" board and end up posting basically almost all the names on the zone, not very selective.
But, again, it brings me back to that point, if you are in love with someone you really want to avoid hurting them and, to me, this is a very very obvious and childish way of hurting that person. Take the comforts of a campfire for example...On cold an evening night such a fire keeps our bodies warm. Wow, here we go. First of all I don't fuck. I don't bang either. I make love. Pure and simple. Second, no sex outside of marriage is a great notion, but it simply isn't practical. In an ideal situation, in a perfect world, sex outside of marriage wouldn't be neccessary, but unfortunitly we do not live in a perfect world, and thus very few ideal situations arise for us. It is very important to connect with the person that you consider marrying, on an emotional level, fulfilling each other's needs and making each other better people over all, mentally, communicating well, making each other think, laugh, and strive to understand more and more each day, and physically, pleasuring one another, trusting one another to surrender yourself when you are usually dominant, or being enspired to take control when you are usually passive. I do not, however, think that just because you have a poor quality sexual experience with a close partner, that you should discount them as a life partner or potential spouse. Problems in sexual encounters may be due to fear, medical problems, or trust issues which can all be dealt with if both partners care enough to try. Now, to Jenni, I shouldn't judge, but I am human, and thus imperfect and often I do judge others. It seems to me that if you are having phone sex with that many people from the zone, who, I might point out, you probably were not in committed relationships with, do not know well, and most likely have never even met in person, then you have some major problems. And then to go and say on a public board that you have done so, demonstrates a complete and utter lack of class. It seemed from your post that you were in a relationship with someone, my question to you being, are they aware that you are off having phone sex with guys on the zone? If they don't then you are a rotten bitch for hurting them so, and if they do know and don't care, then they are probably just as low down and dirty as you and aren't any real prise anyway. And last, if guys that you met over the net, and then had phone sex with actually did tell you that they wanted to marry you, then they are either cruel or imature to have said such things, with out really feeling them, or with out knowing what they were really feeling, and it also makes you very foolish and gullable to believe them. To say that there is no one on the zone that I might ever have a long term, loving and trusting relationship with, would be rash, as fate can shuffle things around and lead to sets of circomstances that might bring about such a situation, but for now, there is no one on the zone whom I trust, respect, love or feel comfortable enough with to even consider having sex with. In closing, sex can be, and should be a beautiful, giving, exciting, and wonderful thing, but those that take it lightly, scorn it, abuse it, or use it purely for their own pleasure or power are truly sad, sick, and pathetic individuals, who should be pittied and never emulated. That's funny, I would guess that I have a good deal more to smile about than do you. Let's see, good and true friends that exist outside of the internet community and also outside of the blind community, a real life full of real people and real places, a rewarding and challenging academic life, interesting and concerned professors, good health, culture, intelect, taste and musical ability.
